Authorities have identified the bicyclist killed in a collision with a vehicle driven by a Delaware state trooper during a chase. Delaware State Police said in a news release Monday that an investigation continues into the crash that killed 32-year-old Richard M. Talbot of Milton.

An elderly man was killed in Lincoln Tuesday night when he was hit by an oncoming car. State police are investigating the crash, which happened around 11:15 p.m. in Lincoln. Police have withheld the man's name at this time pending notification of family

Dover police are investigating a burglary which occurred in a commercial building sometime between Friday night and Sunday morning. Police said someone forced entry into the Ace Network, the adult education provider located at 516 West Loockerman St., by breaking a window.
Police are investigating after four people were stabbed in Wilmington, Delaware. It happened at 5 a.m. Monday at Eighth and Adams streets. All four victims were taken to Christiana Hospital, two with wounds described as life-threatening.
A shots fired complaint reaches the Wilmington Police Department at 2:55 a.m. on Saturday. Officer make their way to 23rd and Lamotte Streets only to be redirected to 23rd and Market. Police said Thomas Rivera, a 47-year-old from Lebanon, Pennsylvania, was driving the EZ-GO golf cart on Tuckahoe Trail in the area of Sitting Bull Trail around 8:15 p.m. A 47-year-old woman also from Lebanon was riding as passenger, police said.

State fire marshals say one person is dead after a mobile home fire in central Delaware. Authorities say the fire was reported shortly before 1 p.m. Sunday on West Big Woods Road in Smyrna.
A shooting remains under investigation after troopers say a bullet went through a home in Seaford. Delaware State Police say on Wednesday, around 11;35 PM, troopers responded to a residence in the 24000 block of Clench jean Lane for a report of shots fired. Once on scene, troopers say a 67-year-old woman reported that she heard a loud noise while she was in her living room.
